Refund Policy
At STEMPro Academy, we aim to provide high-quality tutoring services both online and offline, in group or individual sessions. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, so our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Payment
- All payments for classes, courses, or materials must be made in advance.
- Fees are as listed at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations by Students
- More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule available.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: Partial refund may be offered at the discretion of STEMPro Academy.
- No-show: No refund.
3. Rescheduling
- Students can request to reschedule a class with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- We will do our best to accommodate, subject to tutor availability.
4. Cancellations by STEMPro Academy
- If a class is cancelled by us, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative session at no extra cost
5. Online Classes
- Refunds for online classes are subject to attendance and compliance with platform rules.
- Technical issues beyond STEMPro Academy’s control may be rescheduled rather than refunded.
